It was very exciting to see the announcement of my debut picture book in Publisher’s Weekly this week. While it’s “old news” to me (I signed the contract in Fall 2020), having the “official” announcement makes it feel so much more real. I also received the very first rough sketches from the illustrator, Kate Kronreif, and she is beginning to bring my story to life so beautifully. THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING!!
