Nick is an amazing interviewer and asked some great questions. I had a chance to share not only the inspiration for BRAINSTORM! but also some behind-the-scenes tidbits about the publishing process. The #BrainstormBlogTour Begins! Check out my interview on the Picture Book Builders blog!

I was absolutely THRILLED to kick off the #BrainstormBlogTour with an interview on one of my very favorite children’s book blogs: Picture Book Builders! The incredible author Jill Esbaum (who also happens to be one of my idols!) conducted the interview and we had such a fun time chatting about the story behind the story of BRAINSTORM! as well as tips and tricks I use when I’m writing in rhyme. Check out the interview here:
